The second half of Zack’s “Slightly 80s Mix” is, in his own words, the reason that the mix is only slightly 80s. While he had intended to maintain the 80s trajectory through the whole mixtape, something changed about halfway through. He says he just couldn’t find more songs that fit the bill. My guess is that his regular music taste subconsciously took over, and he couldn’t help himself.
Good news, though. Zack’s regular music taste is both spectacular and right up my alley. So the fact that he had to tack the word ‘slightly’ onto the front of the title didn’t diminish my love for it, not even one bit.

Cold Feet by Lost Leander
Blood by The Middle East – which you might recognize from the soundtrack for Crazy, Stupid Love. Which, by the way, is a great movie.
