Because there has been very little snow this year, the hiking path to Treasure Falls is still open. There are people in our group who have been coming here for decades, and this is the first time that’s happened. We had to take advantage of that. I have only ever seen Treasure Falls from the highway, but this time we were able to hike right up to the base of the falls and see it first hand.
For a frame of reference, here’s a picture of Zack standing at the base of the falls:

We marched right up to where the snow base meets the icicles. I’ve never seen so much ice in my life. Zack said it made him want to go ice climbing. It made me want to read a book by a fire. But, to each their own, I guess?

WOW! I would rather be by the fire, but I’m glad you are there and documenting that amazing waterfall (icefall?).
Incredible picture!
Oh, wow, that is pretty!
Wow. Super glad that you included the picture of Zack for size reference… that is amazing! The last picture is beautiful.
That looks absolutely amazing. Thank you! And I believe it should be called a waterfell.
